TOWERMARK Z
The TowerMark laser marking machine is very versatile and can be used as a manual mod and in combination with a robot for loading/unloading.
All the components are housed in the structure (including the suction system) which is therefore easily movable with a pallet truck or, if you choose the version with, simply by pushing it.
The Z axis of TowerMark Z is controlled by a motor with encoder. The useful stroke is 450mm with a lens with a marking area of ø140mm. The sliding guide is a circle of balls and mounts 2 skids instead of the more traditional single element for a more precise movement.
Towermark Z is designed for the immediate upgrade of various elements: the TTL vision system for marking small products; the rotary axis for cylindrical parts; a table with 300mm stroke to increase the work area; a high definition side vision system and a sheet tensioner for thin sheets.
