Our principles

The Management of CMP srl has always believed that the Quality of its service and therefore the satisfaction of its Customers, is the foundation of the Company’s success. The Management itself, in collaboration with the technical/administrative staff, is convinced that also the protection of the environment and the safety of its personnel must be a reality that evolves by looking at changes due to global events.
The awareness of having a very demanding global goal, reachable only with the effort of all, generates guiding principles that each employee must always keep in mind in carrying out our activity. 

These principles go to build ours:

Quality Policy (Environment and Safety)

  • To comply with the laws in force, also undertaking to adopt behaviors correct and transparent in line with the ethical values that inspire the Company, affirming and spreading a corporate culture based on legality as a prerequisite for lasting success;
  • To continuously improve the Quality Management System, the Management is convinced that the implementation of this system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, is an indispensable objective in the logic of a continuous performance improvement to be able to offer a technically e professionally qualified service;
  • To continuously improve responsiveness and flexibility towards of the market, in the continuous search for the reduction of the lead time of the whole production chain;
  • To continuously seek new suppliers of raw materials and services that improve the quality indicators required both by its customers and by CMP srl, increasing the satisfaction of its customers more and more;
  • To continuously strive to meet the needs of their own Clients fundamental principles on which the work of CMP is based through the commitment to clearly identify the technical requirements precise and satisfactory, also seeking the collaboration of all how many contribute to the final result;
  • To improve professionality and the level of satisfaction of its staff, The Management System is also suitable to supervise Environment and Safety;
  • To implement a training and information program at your own Staff with training and awareness towards environmental and safety issues, based on legislation currently in force, the rules of good technique and compliance with the objectives e of the provisions contained in the documentation of the System Quality Management;
  • To improve internal processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness having a significant environmental impact on the activity carried out providing if necessary to mitigate the interactions, to research always new and more advantageous methodologies, products or equipment to best perform their service;
  • To reduce more and more inefficiencies related to all processes containing the consumption of energy and natural resources through the implementation of responsible behaviors by limiting impacts negative environmental factors associated with activities and/or services using the management system planning and procedures;
  • To give priority to recycling and waste recovery plants over others forms of disposal by relying on authorized suppliers disposal required by law in force;
  • To predict the emergence of new risks and where there are changes to the activities of the company processes will also be made update the Risk Assessment Document that will be in any case subject to periodic evaluation during the review by the Management;
  • To conceive, to develop and to manage services from the point of view of minimization of risks, prevention, reduction of potential negative effects for Operators, for the environment and for i Customers on whose behalf CMP srl operates, guaranteeing assistance, punctuality and optimal working conditions.

All CMP srl staff are therefore invited, in awareness of their own role and importance to the within the organization, to contribute their own operations to achieve the quality, environmental and safety objectives fixed. Finally the Management undertakes to periodically check through its collaborators the systems adopted and personally assumes the task to carry out a Management System Review at least once a year for Quality, to verify the adequacy of the Policy and of the Systems themselves with respect to these needs.
